As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll open doors, build momentum and turn complex opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to really make it happen, win conversations with senior decision-makers, navigate large buying groups and close strategic SaaS deals that deliver lasting value. 

 

You'll thrive on momentum, ownership and results, balancing strategic thinking with the persistence needed to win competitive opportunities. If you're motivated by building pipeline, landing new logos and turning hard-earned opportunities into revenue, we'd love to hear from you.

   Responsibilities

• Create new opportunities across enterprise organisations and build a healthy pipeline of strategic business.
• Own complex sales campaigns from first conversation through to commercial close.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and become a credible advisor on their business challenges.
• Develop territory and account plans that uncover new routes to growth.
• Drive momentum across complex buying groups and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure high-value, multi-year agreements.
• Partner with Pre-Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver winning propositions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets while contributing to the wider success of the team.

Skills and Experience

• A track record of winning enterprise SaaS business and building lasting customer relationships.
• Confidence leading complex sales campaigns and bringing multi-year agreements over the line.
• The ability to open doors, challenge thinking and earn credibility with senior decision-makers.
• Experience navigating large organisations, multiple stakeholders and lengthy buying processes.
• A consultative approach that uncovers business priorities and links solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement with the negotiating, forecasting and deal-shaping skills to drive growth.
• The drive to create opportunities, build momentum and take ownership of your success.
• Desirable: Experience in EHSQ, GRC, ESG or related domains.
