CompetenciesWe care less about the number of years you've worked and more about your commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and achievements so far. Builders, go-getters, and value creators thrive here. Planners and delegators? Not so much.
What stands out to us:
- Builder mentality: you thrive in uncharted territory. Rather than waiting for direction, you take initiative, create your own playbooks, and realize it's about traction as well as strategy
- Results-driven: you exceed targets. You're probably an overperforming AE who wants a tougher challenge, or a seasoned enterprise seller with a maverick streak. Either way, you're motivated by growth and impact
- Strategic sales: you get that every organization is different, especially when it comes to customer success. You build trust and solve tough commercial challenges alongside global business leaders
- Ruthless focus: you don't chase everything that shines. You double down on your wins and cut off what doesn't work
TrajectoryAt Planhat, we don't talk about results, we get them. Starting with just two people and zero external funding, we've grown to nearly 200 people and hundreds of clients, while keeping a scrappy, high-ownership mindset. Most of our team has hands-on experience scaling software startups from the ground up. We're resourceful, unafraid to challenge industry giants, and thrive on experimenting and figuring things out as we go.
We like to think we're creating one of the world's most strategic and exciting business tools. Tens of thousands of users worldwide rely on Planhat daily to manage over 2.6 million customers.
Here's where you come in:
- You'll figure out pathways into fast-growing scale-ups and billion-dollar industry leaders
- You'll help power teams towards sustainable post-sales growth
- As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat's next phase of growth
Definition of Success- You are continuously winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, owning the full sales cycle end to end
- You are consistently seen as a trusted advisor by your prospects and customers, not just a salesperson
- You are growing into larger, more complex deals and taking on broader responsibilities within the team
- You are actively shaping the playbook and culture of a high-impact enterprise sales unit at Planhat
- You are making a measurable contribution to Planhat's next phase of enterprise growth
