Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production workers. Plans detail operations from blueprints, engineering orders, change notices, and other engineering releases. Determines the need for tooling and makes recommendations for the design and planning of required tools. Prepares shop work orders for materials and product processing and coordinates with schedulers to ensure that items are being processed according to specifications and time requirements. Maintains progress reports, schedules, and other related records.
Basic Qualifications- High School diploma with experience/combined education, technical training sufficient enough to perform required basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly/test, computer operations, etc.
- Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings and interpret design specifications and their applicability to manufacturing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles
Desired Skills- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
- Previous expertise in Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with cable harness design/manufacturing
- Experience creating and maintaining bill of materials
- Previous aerospace/automotive/manufacturing experience
- Experience collaborating with a multi-functional team
- Self-starter with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with AutoCAD, CREO or similar modeling/design software
- Experience driving sustainable process improvement using Lean Six Sigma Principals
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $57800.00 - $107400.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
