This role is ideal for a PE-licensed engineering leader who excels at technical oversight, client relationships, and strategic contribution-and who is interested in growing with the firm over time.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex MEP/FP engineering projects from design through construction
- Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to clients
- Provide senior technical oversight and quality assurance across projects
- Mentor engineers and project teams; reinforce standards and accountability
- Support business development, pursuits, and long-term client relationships
- Champion innovation, constructability, and emerging technologies
What We're Looking For
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of experience in MEP/FP engineering with leadership responsibility
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary, institutional projects
- Strong client-facing skills and sound business judgment
- Experience with Revit, BIM, and engineering analysis tools
- Ability to balance technical depth with a firm-wide perspective

Salary Range: $145,000 - $220,000 base salary
(Placement depends on job-related factors (skills, experience, scope, internal parity).
