In this role, you will provide a review of construction management, building technology, and property condition and/or environmental risk assessments to support commercial real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide related advisory services from development team selection through project completion, supporting value engineering, monitoring sustainability goals, and guide field progress to reduce risk and enhance asset value.
  • Asset Management: Provide guidance and technical expertise to asset management, portfolio management, property management, and leasing teams on all physical aspects of the real estate portfolio.
  • Sustainability: Provide guidance and technical expertise related to sustainability initiatives aligned with client goals, including energy/water efficiency, renewable and on-site generation opportunities, and building automation improvements. Additionally, help to facilitate LEED, ENERGY STAR, and other industry certifications where client directed.
