Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years' experience in a manufacturing.
- Minimum 10 years' fastener tool design experience.
- AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
- IATF 16949 Internal or Lead Auditor highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or material sciences.
- Inspection, Metrology, Metallurgical Analysis Interpretation.
- GD&T, Print Review, Understanding and interpretation of engineering specifications (IFI, ASME, etc). Fastener experience highly preferred.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
