Full Job Description
About the team

Service Infrastructure enables Stripe's engineers to build and ship products using efficient, reliable, service oriented architectures. Key priorities for this group include delivering an amazing internal developer experience, enabling Stripes to effectively leverage Infrastructure platforms, and driving systemic improvements to Stripe's API availability.

  • Understand user needs and pain points to prioritize the right engineering work at the right time to enable product engineers to ship new features quickly and reliably.
  • Work with leaders across the company to drive improvements to Stripe's architecture.
  • Lead and manage processes to help infra teams do their best work and interface effectively with the rest of Stripe.
  • Manage and grow a team of engineers and engineering leaders, including line managers, to deliver high business impact projects on schedule with high-quality.
  • Partners with our recruiting team to attract and hire top talent, and define the overall hiring strategies for your team.
