About the Role:We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team. Reporting to the VP, Engineering, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the engineering teams and providing leadership and coaching to support our development initiatives.
What you'll do:- Lead and manage an engineering team delivering CRM product features and customer implementations on the Microsoft stack.
- Establish strong Agile and Scrum operating rhythms across planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and continuously improve how the team works.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard engineers, and ensure the team has the right skills and capacity to meet delivery commitments.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, run effective 1:1s, provide timely feedback, conduct performance reviews, and create development and career growth plans.
- Optimize how the team uses AI tools in daily work by establishing practical guidelines for productivity and quality, enabling training and adoption, and ensuring responsible use aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Personally, being the strongest engineer in the team is not your end goal, your main focus is to have a multiplying effect on the team's output.
What you'll bring:- 5+ years of proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have a proven track record of substantially impacting the development of complex or fast-growing systems.
- You have the ability to align people behind a common goal. You can explain and materialize objectives of the team.
- A strong technical background with Microsoft Technologies, including C#, .NET, and Azure.

Salary Range
$150,000-$160,000 CAD
