Engineer with an active Secret Clearance supporting facilities planning, infrastructure evaluation, facility condition assessments, building automation systems, and campus modernization initiatives for our federal client
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct technical assessments of mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural systems.
- Evaluate facility conditions and develop recommendations for repairs and modernization.
- Develop engineering designs, specifications, and technical plans.
- Support building automation and energy management initiatives.
- Perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs).
- Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support campus planning and space utilization studies.
Notice $125,000-$145,000 Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications - Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting federal facility engineering projects.
- Experience supporting operations and maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of federal building regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications - Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Experience with BAS/controls systems.
- Experience conducting facility condition assessments.
