Qualifications

• B.S or M.S. in biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, biological sciences, virology, molecular biology, or biochemistry.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent educational background.
• 1+ year of industry experience in MSAT/PD/Process Sciences role preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and cGMP standards is essential.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze small-scale cell culture studies independently.
• Team player with a commitment to meeting project timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze small-scale studies for product development.
• Oversee pre-clinical and clinical manufacturing for AAV projects and plasmid production.
• Facilitate technology transfer of manufacturing processes to various sites.
• Provide support for GMP manufacturing at internal and external facilities.
• Collaborate with teams to create tools for tech transfer processes.
