  • Proficiency in rapid iteration while maintaining strict configuration control.
  • Bonus: Solid experience with Structural or MEP disciplines, and expertise in SolidWorks, Inventor, or Revit.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer modular products, ensuring seamless integration of structures, enclosures, and MEP systems.
  • Resolve integration challenges related to routing, interfaces, and tolerances across disciplines.
  • Provide timely support for production and field inquiries, responding to RFIs the same day.
  • Participate in prototype and validation processes, including mockups and fit checks, in person.
  • Ensure all fixes are incorporated into subsequent design revisions.

Benefits

  • Commitment to pay equity and transparency in compensation.
  • Opportunity for exceptional candidates to shape their role and impact the company.
Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Engineer the modular product across disciplines: structures, enclosures, and MEP integration from concept to released drawings.
  • Solve the integration problems: routing, interfaces, and tolerances where the disciplines collide.
  • Support the factory and field: RFIs answered same-day, fixes engineered into the next revision.
  • Prototype and validate: mockups, fit checks, and first-article reviews you attend in person.
What We're Looking For
  • The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've engineered complex physical products or modular construction hands-on.
  • You work across disciplines instead of throwing problems over walls.
  • Your drawings build clean: fabricators rarely call, and when they do you fix the drawing.
  • You've supported production launches of your own designs.
  • You iterate fast without losing configuration control.
  • Bonus: Structural or MEP depth. SolidWorks, Inventor, or Revit mastery. Sheet metal and steel design. DFM instincts.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
