Functional Responsibilities
Oversees and manages all technical aspects of the Internal Core Interfaces of the AEGIS Weapon System.

Description of DutiesThis position on the AEGIS TECHREP Engineering Support Services contract located in Moorestown, NJ. Duties include and not limited to the overall status and assessment of technical debt as it relates to specific baselines and projects. Additionally, the candidate must be able to quickly identify and track specific product applicability and manage resolution across the Engineering Services team and the implementation, system testing inclusion, and tracking of Object Quality Evidence to satisfy mission health. The candidate will also oversee a technical team and successfully produce weekly metrics and reports produced from a digital engineering tool suite and brief the government customer along with the other Interface Team Leads and senior management. Other duties may include managing schedules preparing status reports, assessing issues, developing resolutions to meet productivity, and quality. Additionally, provide technical and analytical guidance to project team and Test and Evaluation Division for all respective projects.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
  • Approximately 5-8 years of professional engineering experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of the AWS and ACS and internal product interfaces
  • Extensive knowledge of System Level requirements development
  • Understanding of the structure and organization of the Sponsor
  • Knowledge of UYK computing platform
  • Ability to maintain project schedules, calendars, and tasks in workflow tool suites
  • Ability to coordinate work schedules to accommodate customer needs
  • Ability to individually produce and speak to technical reports
  • Intimate knowledge of computer program standards and processes and their implementation
  • Familiarity of Model Based System Engineering techniques and tools to create and adapt Use Cases
  • Ability to lead and direct a technical team

  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates

Required Skills and Certifications:
  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
