We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Intelligence & Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic Intelligent Operations Team and revolutionize the way we manufacture windows and doors. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations and robust analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, collaborate with data engineers to build required data pipelines and utilize your expertise in agile methodologies to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that translate complex data analysis into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Data Exploration and Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to uncover opportunities for optimization and process improvement.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), data streaming (Kafka), and data transformation tools (Databricks). Strong understanding of agile methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
