Electrical Engineer ILocation: Riverside, CA
Salary Range: $80,000 - 115,000/yr. Position SummarySupports the design, testing, and implementation of electrical systems within ENC's product lines. This entry-level engineering role assists senior engineers in developing wiring diagrams, selecting components, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. The role involves hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in production and manufacturing environments.

- Support the design and development of low-voltage electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and control circuits.
- Create and revise electrical schematics, layout drawings, and documentation in CAD software.
- Assist in the selection of electrical components based on performance, cost, and availability.
- Perform functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in vehicles or test benches.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and service teams to address electrical design issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (e.g., SAE, NFPA), and customer requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document engineering activities and maintain accurate records in engineering databases.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or industry experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical design principles, circuit theory, and wiring standards.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to learn and apply engineering best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desired.
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) is a plus.
