About you: 
 4-yeardegree or equivalent experience
 1+ years of software development experience
Demonstratesfamiliarity with current and emerging technologies in own scope of responsibility, and develops ability to apply these technologies

Proficiencyin at least one programming language such as Java, Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript

 Foundational understanding of software engineering practices including data structures, debugging, testing, version control, code reviews, and writing maintainable code

 Familiarity with cloud, platform, or distributed systems concepts such as APIs, containers, Kubernetes, networking, storage, messaging/streaming, observability, or service reliability

 Ability to learnnew technologies, tools, and domains quickly, and apply that learning to solve engineering problems with guidance from more senior engineers.
 Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education

This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
