Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a technical leader to support a small team of electrical, computer and mechanical engineers for a multi-rack system using COTs high performance servers, Ethernet switches and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and Manage small Engineering Team: Guide a team of engineers to design, develop, and demonstrate innovative technical solutions, ensuring high-quality technical demonstrations and product delivery that meet customer needs. • Responsible for developing HW schedules for the program and managing cost as a Cost Account Manager (CAM). • Develop Technology Roadmaps: Collaborate on the development of technology roadmaps to support the customers requirements over the life of the program. There will be several systems deployed OCONUS and CONUS that will need to be maintained for the customer. • Communicate Program Status: Communicate program HW status to program team and customer when required.
