Job DescriptionBAE Systems is seeking a Modeling and Simulations (M&S) Software Developer to support our government customer in a mission critical role related to modeling and simulations. The M&S Software Developer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems) based upon documented requirements.
Required Skills and Education- Must be a US citizen and possess a Secret level clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Modeling and simulations experience
- Software development in high level language (C++)
- Software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Software testing, validation, and verification activities
- Collaborate with Systems, CM, and other Software Engineers across the full software lifecycle.
- Solve tough engineering challenges - debugging, fixing, and integrating software across multiple baselines.
