The Endourology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory by promoting BD's comprehensive Endourology portfolio. This includes products and technologies used in the treatment of kidney stone disease, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures. The Territory Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and expand utilization within existing accounts while building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.

About the Role

The Endourology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory by promoting BD's comprehensive Endourology portfolio. This includes products and technologies used in the treatment of kidney stone disease, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures. The Territory Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and expand utilization within existing accounts while building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.

The Territory Manager will work closely with Procedural Sales Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of National Accounts, and Strategic Customer teams to execute local and regional growth initiatives. Regular business reviews, forecasting, and performance coaching will ensure alignment against sales objectives and strategic priorities.

This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a critical role in delivering commercial success across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and health systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, supply chain leaders, and other key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through effective territory planning, account penetration, and opportunity management.
  • Identify customer needs and position BD solutions that improve clinical outcomes, procedural efficiency, and economic value.
  • Support product evaluations, physician training, case coverage, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with Directors of National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams to support IDN, health system, and GPO initiatives within the territory.
  • Identify and execute competitive conversion opportunities and new business development strategies.
  • Gather competitive intelligence related to market trends, customer needs, product offerings, and pricing dynamics.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast business, and drive disciplined execution.
  • Conduct business reviews with management and provide accurate sales forecasts and territory updates.
  • Analyze account performance and implement action plans to address declining sales or maximize growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support to customers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.


Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, surgical technologies, or related industries.
  • Urology, Endourology, operating room, capital equipment, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders within complex healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, IDN structures, value analysis committees, and physician decision-making dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Strong business planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and business planning tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
