Strong experience representing employers in disputes

Location: Tampa
Basic Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus and Benefits
Requirements
5+ years' law firm experience in Labor & Employment litigation
Strong experience representing employers in employment disputes
Proven ability to manage discovery and develop litigation strategy
Experience preparing, drafting and arguing motions
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience with state and federal court proceedings
Experience with wage and hour litigation, including FLSA matters, is preferred
Familiarity with agency proceedings, including EEOC matters, is preferred
Florida Bar admission
