Full Job Description

The Orlando office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing Labor and Employment practice group.

 

Our Employment Practice Group represents employers in complex and high-profile employment matters across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills, with experience independently managing sophisticated employment matters through all phases of litigation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
  • Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Participating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience handling matters in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or homeowners associations (HOA)
  • Admitted to practice in Florida required
  • JD degree with excellent academic credentials
  • Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts
