This position is located in our
Boston, MA location.Duties and Responsibilities:- Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, and employment tort cases.
- Advise employers regarding compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.
Skills and Educational Requirements:- JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
- 5+ years of experience, employment law background strongly preferred.
- Current MA bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
- Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
For Massachusetts, the expected salary range for this position is between $207,500- $252,500. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
