About the Role We are looking for an Employer Brand Business Partner to shape how we are perceived as an innovative technology company by the global tech talent community. This role will focus on translating complex technology into compelling narratives, building a credible and differentiated employer brand, and driving strategic initiatives that attract and convert top technical talent. You will define and execute strategies to improve conversion from consideration to ideal employer among tech talent. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, talent acquisition, and cross-functional teams to bring our technology, culture, and impact to life-moving beyond awareness to trust, preference, and action. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to engineering leaders and talent acquisition teams, identifying and aligning on hiring priorities and talent challenges; - Leverage market insights, competitor benchmarking, and talent research to inform employer brand positioning and differentiation; - Identify priority tech audiences (e.g., backend, ML, infrastructure) and tailor targeted messaging and content approaches; - Partner with engineering and tech leaders to surface content angles (e.g., translate complex technical work, problem-solving, decision-making, impact) and develop them into clear, engaging, and authentic stories for target audiences; - Partner with creative and social teams to develop high-impact content (video, editorial, social, long-form) focused on tech innovation and culture to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of storytelling; - Drive distribution across key channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities) to maximize reach and engagement; - Ensure employer brand initiatives, content and messaging are deeply integrated with hiring goals and business priorities; - Define success metrics across the funnel (awareness - consideration - preference - application) and track performance of campaigns and content, and continuously iterate based on data and insights.

Preferred Qualifications: - Operated high-growth tech environment is preferred; - Experience working with engineering or product teams and influencing stakeholders; - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link storytelling to business outcomes; - Excellent communication skills with a clear, structured, and impactful writing style.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
