  • Partner with People Partners and leadership to resolve complex, escalated, or sensitive employee issues.
  • Build manager capability through proactive guidance and training.
Policy, Compliance, and Risk
  • Working with Legal, help ensure compliance with applicable local employment laws and regulations, monitoring legislative changes and updating policies and practices accordingly.
  • Develop, review, and revise People policies and employee relations procedures.
  • Partner with Legal and outside employment counsel on high-risk matters.
  • Manage terminations, offboarding, and reductions in force in a legally compliant, consistent, and respectful way.
Mediation, Insights, and Improvement
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict-resolution sessions between individuals or teams, working toward durable and fair outcomes.
  • Identify and address interpersonal or cultural issues before they escalate.
  • Track, analyze, and report on employee relations trends, metrics, and case outcomes; identify root causes and recommend proactive interventions.
  • Design and deliver training for managers and employees on anti-harassment, code of conduct, respectful workplace, and investigation best practices in partnership with the Compliance team.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
About You

  • You bring innovative, data-driven thinking to complex employee relations challenges, along with a growth mindset and a record of high-impact outcomes.
  • You have strong business and people acumen, with consulting, conflict-resolution, and facilitation skills across diverse cultural contexts.
