Stinson LLP is seeking an experienced associate attorney with three or more years of experience in Employee Benefits (ERISA) to join our Kansas City office.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:
- Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics;
- Three or more years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience in a law firm, a consulting firm, or as in-house counsel;
- A background in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPS, health and welfare plans, deferred compensation plans, and related ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A experience.
- Experience advising on employee benefits issues in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
