Full Job Description
Tenet Healthcare along with DMC Medical Group is actively seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained spinal neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI. We have a newly appointed, fully accredited, Neuro Critical Care Fellowship program to support our neurosciences programs.

What to Expect / Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix of General NS & Spine base procedures
  • Typical schedule: 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR/Procedure/Call days per week
  • Shared call with 5 providers - 8 NPs to assist with inpatient rounds 24/7
  • Specialized Equipment/Resources: PACs on site - attached to hospital
  • Working mainly out of the DMC Neurosurgery clinic downtown at Harper Hospital
  • Supportive ancillary staff available
  • Hospital privileges at all 5 DMC facilities
  • A willingness to participate in research is welcomed.
