Position Summary
The Emissions Manager is responsible for overseeing all emissions compliance activities across company-operated facilities, including BOO stations. This position manages the Emissions Technician team, ensures the accuracy and completeness of emissions records and pedigrees, and maintains compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. The Emissions Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for emissions reporting, regulatory inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to air quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all environmental and air quality regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to operations and leadership.
Coordinate and support environmental audits, inspections, and agency inquiries.
Develop and implement corrective action plans for identified compliance issues.
Maintain documentation required to demonstrate compliance across all company assets.
Emissions Program Management
Oversee company emissions monitoring, tracking, and reporting programs.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of emissions pedigrees and supporting documentation.
Review emissions calculations, inventories, and reporting submissions.
Ensure regulatory deadlines are met for all required emissions reports.
Monitor facility emissions performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Asset Compliance Oversight
