Bring Better to the Bedside as a Medical Director in Radcliff, KY, at Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Radcliff

Local Team Collaboration:
  • This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new team providing high-quality emergency care.
  • Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
  • Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Board-certified in emergency medicine.
  • At least 1 year of Director experience preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:
  • 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM
  • 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.
  • EPIC is the EMR.
