Job Description
Design and develop electronic systems, provide engineering support for electrical components, and document designs and specifications for electrical equipment at Picatinny, New Jersey. Provide engineering support centering on the design and development of gun-hardened electronic systems, using Altium Designer for schematic capture, simulation, board layout, and drawing generation.
- Providing engineering support for electrical components, assemblies, and systems, as well as conducting system upgrades and enhancements with advanced circuit layouts for power, logic, embedded systems, sensors, and interface electronics.
- Developing technical drawing packages, designing encapsulation methods for harsh environments, and integrating/testing sensor systems.
- Contributes to product improvement, scale-up initiatives, and prototype demonstrations and modeling services, with a focus on power system performance analysis and testing.
- Generating, reviewing, editing, and publishing engineering technical reports, as well as compiling information and preparing/delivering briefings.
Education: Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $100k - $135k
- Schedule: M-F, 8-hrs/days

Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- 10+ years' experience supporting RDT&E projects in military systems and components.
- Minimum of 3 years expertise using Altium Designer.
- Troubleshoot electronic and electrical systems and hardware and document lessons learned, recommendations, and paths forward.
- Provide support to project management offices with engineering and programmatic activities.
- Maintain program consistency by updating schedules, meeting minutes, action items, and program files.
- Perform root cause analysis and failure analysis to support engineering tests and malfunction investigations.
Bonus points if you have:- Program Management Certification.
- Experience in providing support to DEVCOM AC Headquarters and its subordinate elements.
