What You'll Do: - Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment across a variety of industrial systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and applicable electrical code specifications
- Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, feeders, switch boxes, receptacles, panels, and related electrical components
- Safely work on electrical systems ranging from 110V to 600V
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment and systems
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with PLCs and automation systems including PLC5, RSLogix, RSView and Allen Bradley
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reporting within computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
What you Will Need to be Successful: - Valid electrical license (309A OR 442A)
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience in PLCs, automation systems, and soft starters
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of frequency drives and motor controls
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe work practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with computerized maintenance and inventory systems (CMMS experience considered an asset)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Compensation Range: $47.00-48.00/hour + overtime
