Position SummaryWe're looking for an experienced, customer-focused
Residential Electrical Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems - and you enjoy helping homeowners feel safe and confident - this is the role for you. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, panels, outlets, and lighting
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and recommended solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or electrical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local and national electrical codes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
