Project Manager/ Estimator - Prism Electric
Responsibilities:
Estimate / design and manage electrical projects ranging from $10,000 to $1 million.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trust and long term, repeat business opportunities.
Ability to identify clients' electrical needs and develop / design NEC compliant solutions that will meet current and future needs.
Ensure open and effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, etc.
Perform accurate and timely estimates using Accubid software.
Present scope & pricing in concise, detailed proposals.
When required, develop, submit and gain AHJ approval of drawings, load calculations, etc.
Negotiate with clients and suppliers when necessary to arrive at an equitable outcome.
Effectively oversee and manage all facets of projects, including but not limited to schedules, labor / material budgets, subcontractors, etc.
Ensure overall success and profitability of projects.
Ensure that all work is completed according to Prism safety and quality standards.
