Title:
Electrical Lead
The Electrical Lead provides oversight of electrical power distribution systems, electrical infrastructure, reliability strategies, and integration with facility automation systems. This role ensures electrical designs support operational resilience, maintainability, and future facility expansion requirements.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate integration of electrical discipline with the greater project team.
- Support design reviews, technical issue resolution, and engineering decisions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and client & industry standards.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with electrical systems on industrial capital projects.
- Experience with power distribution, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Experience successfully coordinating Electrical with multidisciplinary engineering activities for capital projects in excess of $500M TIC.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated facilities.
- Prior experience in an Owner’s Representative or PMC role for major capital projects in excess of $1B TIC.
- Knowledge of automation interfaces and power reliability strategies.
- Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
- Familiarity with emergency power and critical operation systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
