We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial photovoltaic (PV) construction sites. This role is responsible for supervising electricians, apprentices, and laborers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all plans, specifications, codes, and company standards.The Electrical Foreman will oversee daily job site operations, coordinate materials and manpower, maintain project timelines, and uphold GreenSpark's safety and quality expectations.
Essential Job Functions & Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial solar construction sites
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project schedules
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and industry standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
- Communicate daily project updates to supervisors and site leadership
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, equivalent, or vocational training
- 3+ years of experience leading crews in commercial electrical construction
- Experience in commercial solar (PV) preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to travel up to 100% during active construction projects
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Preferred:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- PV installation experience
- Mechanically inclined
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to hear and distinguish job site sounds, including backup alarms and verbal communication

Level I: $33-$39/hour
Level II: $80,000-$90,000
Level III: $90,000-$110,000+- Weekly pay
