Your CharterDesign and deliver the electrical systems that power NEO's capabilities. You will own critical hardware subsystems from architecture through production, ensuring they meet demanding requirements for performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost.
As an Electrical Engineer, you'll help bridge the gap between concept and deployment, making key technical decisions that directly impact the performance and scalability of our humanoid robots.
Key Outcomes- Deliver robust electrical subsystems that meet performance, reliability, safety, and manufacturing requirements across development and production programs
- Successfully bring up and validate new hardware platforms, reducing development risk and accelerating product milestones
- Drive design quality through rigorous reviews, validation testing, and implementation of electrical engineering best practices
- Partner across disciplines to ensure electrical systems integrate seamlessly with firmware, controls, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes
- Support successful production ramp and field deployment through scalable designs, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping complex electrical systems
- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience designing, debugging, and validating hardware from schematic design through PCB bring-up
- Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, and related tools
Preferred Skills- Experience designing motor drives, power electronics, or actuator control systems
- Experience with robotic, electromechanical, or autonomous systems
- Knowledge of EMI/ESD mitigation, reliability engineering, and safety-critical hardware design
- Experience supporting products through manufacturing scale-up and production ramp
- Familiarity with thermal design, fault-tolerant architectures, and high-power electronics

Compensation Range$125,100 - $253,000 + Equity
