*This position is for LCAC 100 program.
The Electrical Engineer will provide senior level engineering support for all site operations. This position will apply their industry knowledge and skill set to support the continued effective operations of all electrical power, wiring, electronics and controls.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct the electrical engineering duties and support for all LCAC/SSC mechanical systems
• Perform operational tasks including, but not limited to, electrical power, wiring, electronics, controls
• Perform routine work with limited to no supervision or instruction
• Will troubleshoot, test and perform any installations or repairs as required
• Responsible for all reporting and safety procedures
• Ability to take on new assignments with general instructions
• In charge of all repair and installation planning
• Support mechanical engineering analysis, repair planning
• Supports electrical/electronic system analysis and work packages
• In charge of configuration updates and documentation
• Stay up to date on all technical documentation and reporting requirements
• Apply industry knowledge to various programs and projects ensuring successful completion
• Use knowledge of industry standard policies, procedures and practical applications to complete job tasks
• Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree required (in electrical, electronics, computer, systems or related engineering field)
Licenses & Certifications:
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance required
• NAVSEA electrical standards
• MIL-STD 2003 preferred
Experience:
• Eight to ten (8-10) years of experience in similar senior position
• Experience with NAVSEA electrical standards
• IPC familiarity required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals
• Ability to install, assemble, and configure new electronic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and fix issues
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineering and quality control
• Ability to work with various levels of personnel
• Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with additional hours, as required
