If you enjoy practicing law but want relief from the burdens of administration, marketing, and scaling a business on your own, this role provides the ideal platform to grow your client base and focus on delivering high-quality legal services within a collaborative and supportive environment. This position is based out of our Sudbury office.

Position Overview

We are seeking an estate planning attorney with 3+ years of experience who is interested in leveraging an established firm's systems, marketing engine, and administrative support to accelerate their practice growth in our Sudbury, MA office.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has built or considered building a solo practice
  • Wants more consistent client flow without managing all overhead
  • Is entrepreneurial but values structure, support, and collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Legal Practice

  • Provide comprehensive elder law and estate planning services
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
  • While not required, a background in taxes would be beneficial

Practice Growth & Relationship Development

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with referral partners
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and community education
  • Leverage firm-supported marketing initiatives to expand your client base
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Professional & Business Growth

  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex matters
  • Continue developing expertise in specialized planning strategies
  • Expand your responsibilities and earning potential as your practice grows
  • Utilize firm systems and mentorship to refine both legal and business skills
