- You will implement training and qualification programs for qualified and unqualified electrical workers, utility construction personnel, contractors, and site leadership.
- You will review contractor safe work method statements, job hazard analyses, switching and energization plans, and risk assessments for electrical and utility safety alignment.
- You will conduct site inspections, report EHS performance, investigate incidents, monitor corrective actions, assess contractor performance, and escalate non-compliance when needed.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety, or a closely related discipline preferred. Equivalent relevant safety experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.

About the TeamYou will support the business throughout the project management life cycle for utility construction, electrical transmission and distribution, and high-voltage project activities. You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers during planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will also partner with project procurement managers by providing EHS-related requirements for contractor selection and sharing contractor EHS performance feedback.
