The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

What you'll do:The EHS Analyst supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to help achieve site, business group, and corporate EHS objectives. This role partners with site leadership to identify and assess EHS risks, establish targeted improvement initiatives, and drive compliance with company standards. The EHS Analyst supports employee engagement across all shifts through effective communication, training, and awareness campaigns that promote a proactive, zero-incident safety culture. Additionally, the role facilitates the involvement of the site MESH team, fostering ownership and accountability for key MESH elements while supporting continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance.
In this role you will:- Works with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.
- Uses established EHS data platforms such as Benchmark to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.
- Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.
- Supports security assessments, workstation risk assessments, ergonomic assessments, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate IH assessments (ex. noise, hex chrome, welding) and employee medical evaluations (ex. respirator use)
- Attend incident investigations (injuries, incidents, spills, property damage & near misses), manage on time closure and escalation of all corrective actions
- Assist with layered process audits for EHS processes and ensure follow-through and closure of findings (ex. SWPP, SPCC, air permit checks, daily safety walks, waste inspections)
- Manages ISO 14001 actions using a project plan approach and provide weekly status updates
- Supporting problem solving and tier meetings for various value streams.
- Support Emergency Response Team.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR 1 year of experience in environmental, health and safety.

Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental discipline.
• OSHA & Environmental compliance management experience.
• Active involvement with Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Strong EHS background with emphasis on environmental programs.
• Skilled in industrial hygiene oversight and implementation.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments including fabrication and welding operations.
