Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Epic applications with new certifications required within 3 months of hire.
• Two years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency in Epic system configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and IT applications in healthcare.
• Excellent computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical expertise in EHR systems related to analysis, process design, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, train, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while performing complex design and analysis tasks.
• Maintain the EHR system through regular updates and improvements.
• Provide day-to-day support related to EHR and exercise independent judgment.
• Act as a mentor to team members and assist with their professional development.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments effectively.
• Engage in customer service-oriented tasks with strong communication skills.
