CSOis currently seeking an experienced SeniorProject Architect,withaprimary focus oneducationprojects.CSO isa results-driven firm, and is seeking atalented,energetic,driven individual with a minimum of 10 years ofexperience.

Qualifications:

TheSenior Project Architect selected to fill thisposition willdisplay the ability to manage projects and projectteams. Theywill also possess the ability to produce documents forallproject phases. This individual will be required to interactwithclients and coordinate with consultants.

Requirements:

  • LicensedArchitect
  • Minimum10 years of experiencewith large, commercialarchitecture projects (experiencewith K-12Education projects is a plus)
  • Strongdesign and graphicskills, exceptionalknowledge of spaceprogramming, contractdocuments, detailing,specifications, teamproduction management and contractadministration
  • Abilityto communicate clearlyand concisely; bothverbally and inwriting
  • Stronginterpersonal skillswith the ability tobuild strongrelationships with clients andassociates
  • Advancedcomputer skills (Revit, AutoCAD,MicrosoftOffice), asrequired to manageproject teams
