What will you be doing!- Leading the implementation of the Due Diligence Program (DDP) while developing and updating procedures and supporting documentation to ensure effective execution.
- Overseeing and supporting DDP element owners by tracking progress, following up on overdue activities, and ensuring timely completion of program requirements.
- Designing and developing methods and reports to monitor implementation progress, working closely with Project Controls and reporting updates to peers, management, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborating with performance and functional teams to establish and refine KPIs, while analyzing trends, identifying improvement actions, and driving continuous enhancement of the DDP.
- Conducting effectiveness reviews and assessing safety incidents and near-misses to identify gaps and strengthen program performance.
- Preparing and delivering clear, actionable reports and communications to senior leadership, Accountable Officers, executives, and Boards.
- Creating and delivering program communications and partnering with training teams to develop and implement DDP training for employees at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
What we are looking for:- Education
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or Project Management with three to five years of related experience.
- Experience
- Working with management systems, preferably in a nuclear environment, with an understanding of the interconnectedness of various programs.
- Leading initiatives and coordinating implementation across an organization.
- Communicating and engaging effectively at all levels.
- Reviewing reports, analyzing data and trends.
- Managing conflicting requirements across diverse projects, groups, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated work with teams and project environments.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of regulations, codes, and standards applicable to CNL.
- Knowledge of management systems, compliance programs, and nuclear safety culture.
- Ability to critically assess data quality, interpret trends, and evaluate their impact on plans and activities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to gather information and present recommendations in a change-resistant environment.

- Security Clearance Eligibility Required
- Level 2 Secret requires a minimum of 7 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."
Working Conditions:- Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
