Responsibilities:- Providing technical architectural guidance across Duck Creek Development and AMS and aligning solutions with client expectations
- Ensuring proposed Duck Creek changes aligning with business requirements architectural standards and long-term platform objectives
- Including technical architectural review of major implementations and configuration changes before appropriate client architecture review
- Understanding external service workflows and recommending Duck Creek .NET integration enhancements
- Identifying system bottlenecks analyzing execution timings ODCH logs and recommending solutions for application performance issues
Domain Skills:- Property & Casualty Insurance Domain
- Commercial Lines Products such as Commercial Property Commercial Auto General Liability Inland Marine Equipment Breakdown Business Owners Policy Umbrella Crime etc.
- Strong understanding on different transactions such as New Business Endorsement Renewals Cancellations Rewrite etc.
