GovCIO is currently hiring for a DRSN Engineer/Administrator )to supportan upcoming award/contract. This position will be located in the United States and will be fully onsite position.

• Provides technical leadership for major IT field support services in classified settings, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Directs and controls all field support activities providing 24x7x365 DRSN operations, maintenance, and administration at FC
• Supports DRSN ATO maintenance
• Provides on-site DRSN support to external locations as required

Bachelor's with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 years experience in IT support
• Security+ certification and DRSN experience
• Possesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systems
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies
• Possesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for staff at International locations
• Exhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery
• Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI clearnace
