Your Role: Own the Challenge

The Drive Service Supervisor holds a key leadership position responsible for operational excellence, technical service delivery, and stakeholder management. This role oversees all aspects of drive service operations, including repair quoting, booking, quality assurance, team performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The supervisor ensures all service activities comply with ABB standards, safety policies, and customer expectations while driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

The work model for the role is: On-Site

This position is a new role contributing to the ABB Motion Services in Milton, Ontario.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Lead workshop operations including workload planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity management.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop service technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Provide technical leadership for low-voltage drive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and retro-fit activities.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $75,300 and $110,440 annually and is bonus eligible.
