Job title : Drafting TechnologistWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drafting Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing engineering drawings, ensuring adherence to company standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and production efforts.
The position is based at our Mississauga, ON location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Develop and modify detailed 2D/3D engineering drawings, stack ups, and layouts using CAD software Catia.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry and company standards, like GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and ASME Y14.5.
- Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to support the development of high-quality products.
- Comply with EH&S policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
What do you need to be successful?- College diploma in Engineering Technology
- Proficiency in CAD software (experience with Catia highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of drafting principles, GD&T, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team and willingness to learn new skills.

The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
