.Net Developer Role: .Net Developer Location: Lexington, KY 40507 Position: 1 Work Arrangement: Hybrid, mostly remote Work Location: Lexington Financial Center, 250 W Main St, Suite 2500, Lexington, KY 40507. Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Analyst/Developer with experience in .NET technologies, C#, and ASP.NET Core to support and maintain production applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, the ability to perform root cause analysis, and experience resolving production incidents while maintaining technical documentation and support procedures. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of .NET and C#. - Experience with ASP.NET Core. - Production troubleshooting, including root cause analysis, incident response, log analysis, and debugging. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to investigate application issues and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve incidents. Preferred Skills - Experience supporting production .NET applications. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain .NET applications and services in production. - Investigate incidents, troubleshoot application defects, and identify root causes. - Perform log analysis and debugging to diagnose and resolve production issues. - Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures. - Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. - Communicate incident status, troubleshooting progress, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders. - Support application stability and reliability through effective incident management and troubleshooting practices. Expected Deliverables - Technical documentation. - Updated runbooks. - Application support procedures. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
