SIE is looking for a Document Controls Specialist - Rail/Transit to support various MTA C&D transit construction projects. This position will be responsible for supporting construction management, including quality, schedule, and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and validate force account and contractor payments
Coordination of submittal process, logging and distributing RFI's and responses, shop drawings, and reports
Coordination with MTA and other stakeholders
Assist in preparation of reports, plans, and forms, as directed
Generate weekly and monthly progress reports
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar preferred
Combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform duties

Expected salary range is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual's qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
