Compensation: $170,000 - $195,000 + annual bonus opportunity up to 120% of base, equity, company vehicle, and benefits.

About the Opportunity

A leading national player in the landscape and irrigation supply industry is seeking an accomplished Division Manager to oversee 19 distribution locations across Florida and 2 additional locations in VA. This senior-level role is tasked with driving sales and operational performance, leading multi-site teams, and partnering with executive leadership to shape business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple branch locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a network of branch locations across Florida and into Virginia, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share in the professional landscape and irrigation sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of branch managers and operations professionals.
  • Manage full P&L responsibilities for the region; set and track financial targets and operational KPIs.
  • Cultivate customer relationships with landscape contractors, irrigation specialists, and related industry partners.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, or multi-branch operations (preferably in landscape, irrigation, agriculture, or building materials).
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and overseeing significant P&L budgets.
  • Strong track record of driving operational improvements, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Deep industry knowledge and network within the professional green, landscape, or irrigation sectors is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida to support branches and engage with customers.
