Senior Director of Enterprise Growth & Sales
The opportunity
Envita is seeking an enterprise-minded Division Director of Patient Enrollment to strengthen the full patient journey from first inquiry through informed enrollment and arrival. This leader connects intake, education, patient conversion and enrollment into one dependable, measurable process serving Envita Medical Center, Envita Insights tele-oncology and Envita Interventional Radiology.
Rather than relying on direct line authority, you will lead through partnership, coaching, practical standards and trusted performance insights. Your work will help patient-facing teams communicate clearly, preserve patient choice, coordinate handoffs and improve enrollment outcomes across care paths.
The performance mission
Establish a consistent, patient-first enrollment operating system that converts qualified interest into informed decisions through clear education, disciplined CRM practices, reliable handoffs, strong coaching and accurate forecasting.
Key performance objectives
KPO 1 | Establish one enterprise enrollment operating system
Within the first 90 days, publish and begin implementation of consistent funnel stages, CRM definitions, patient-conversation guidance, enrollment-close practices and cross-team handoff standards; establish a regular working cadence with enrollment leaders.
Document and communicate clear service standards and ownership for each enrollment stage.
Align intake, patient conversion and enrollment colleagues around practical and repeatable workflows.
Review adherence and address friction points through coaching and collaborative improvement.
KPO 2 | Deliver the enrollment scorecard and forecast
Within 60 days, introduce a monthly enterprise scorecard covering inquiry response and contact, patient education, care-path routing, appointment attendance, enrollment close, conversion and forecast performance. Establish monthly forecast review with commercial leadership and quarterly review with Finance.
Provide clear views of results by care path and business unit.
Explain meaningful forecast variance and identify actions grounded in data.
Use CRM reporting to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities to improve outcomes.
KPO 3 | Calibrate enrollment routing and decision standards
Within 90 days, establish and document consistent patient-routing guidance and appropriate criteria for reconnecting patients with commercial education and enrollment support when physician-recommended care changes. Review the effectiveness of these standards at 180 days.
Track routing and handoff exceptions and use them to improve guidance.
Work with Finance, operations and clinical colleagues where decisions intersect.
Preserve clinical judgment and patient choice in every enrollment conversation.
KPO 4 | Coach and improve leadership performance across enrollment teams
Within 90 days, establish a monthly coaching, call-quality review and scorecard discussion cadence with patient intake, patient conversion and enrollment leaders.
Offer actionable feedback supported by CRM and quality-review evidence.
Track improvements in consistency, follow-through and patient communication.
Share performance observations with operational leaders and support sustained development.
KPO 5 | Build cross-enrollment-manager calibration and development
Within 60 days, launch monthly calibration meetings across Enrollment Managers to review consistent practices, outcomes and exceptions. Within six months, publish and launch an Enrollment Manager development curriculum in partnership with the HR shared service.
Hold monthly cross-manager calibration sessions and address meaningful outliers.
Use observed work and performance data to improve shared practices.
Complete and implement the development curriculum within the six-month deadline.
KPO 6 | Strengthen education and enrollment support during active care
Within 90 days, establish clear standards for patient education, commercial discussions and handoffs when physician-recommended treatment plans change during care; audit execution quarterly.
Coordinate with qualified clinical and patient-care teams to maintain continuity.
Support consistent patient communication and appropriate coordinator involvement.
Keep clinical treatment decisions exclusively with licensed clinical professionals.
KPO 7 | Improve enrollment outcomes and forecasting reliability
Within 12 months, deliver measurable improvement from the first 90-day baseline in enrollment close rates by care path, conversion from additional recommended care, forecast accuracy and appropriate care-path assignment, with performance targets established alongside commercial leadership.
Review progress against agreed performance targets quarterly.
Document root causes and recovery actions where outcomes lag.
Use patient-centered practices and sound data to improve sustainable results.
Core scope of ownership
Design, maintain and continuously improve the enterprise enrollment funnel, standards and Care Path Conversation Framework.
Build clear CRM stage definitions, reporting discipline, enrollment scorecards and forecasts.
Lead cross-team alignment for patient routing, education, handoffs and enrollment-close processes.
Coach and calibrate patient intake, patient conversion and enrollment leaders through collaborative working relationships.
Partner with operational, clinical, Finance and compliance teams to uphold appropriate patient communication and care boundaries.
Identify conversion and forecast variances, explain root causes and recommend practical improvement actions.
What success looks like after 12 months
Envita operates with one consistent, trusted enrollment system across intake, education, conversion and close. Leaders use a shared scorecard and forecast methodology; care-path routing and handoffs are more reliable; patient conversations are clear and respectful; managers benefit from ongoing calibration; and enrollment close rate, additional-care conversion and forecast accuracy improve against established baselines.
