The territory for this position will be SWFL focusing on Naples & Ft Myers.

The Surgical Video, Integration, Resection & Power District Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Imaging & Resection sales performance, capital equipment strategy, product training, and account development activities within the Arthrex Naples District.

This individual will partner closely with District Leadership, sales representatives, surgeons, administrators, IT departments, and corporate Imaging & Resection leadership to accelerate growth and establish Arthrex as the preferred technology partner throughout the district.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the district Imaging & Resection business strategy in alignment with district, regional, and national objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and quota attainment across Imaging & Resection capital and disposable product portfolios.
  • Partner with District Leadership and sales representatives to identify growth opportunities, competitive conversions, and strategic account initiatives.
  • Support capital evaluations, product trials, and conversion activities while assisting representatives with closing key opportunities.
  • Serve as the district expert on Synergy Imaging Systems, NanoScope technologies, Power Systems, Fluid Management, Resection, and associated capital consumables.
  • Lead the launch and adoption of new technologies and product introductions within the district.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, administrators, IT departments, supply chain leaders, and key decision makers.
  • Present Imaging & Resection solutions and bundled technology strategies at executive-level customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with RD, CRO and District Leadership on strategic account initiatives, contracting opportunities, and system-wide conversions.
  • Support pricing strategy and value-based selling initiatives for capital equipment and bundled solutions.
  • Design creative and customized solutions that maximize customer value and business impact.
  • Train, coach, and develop district sales representatives on Imaging & Resection products, clinical applications, competitive positioning, and sales strategy.
  • Support capital planning, budgeting discussions, integration requirements, and technology implementation activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of networking, integration, cybersecurity, and HIPAA requirements associated with imaging technologies.
  • Gather and communicate competitive intelligence, market trends, customer feedback, and product enhancement opportunities.
  • Support cadaver labs, surgeon education programs, bioskills training, and customer-facing educational events.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and business visibility for District Leadership.
  • Lead District Imaging & Resection business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to accelerate growth and market penetration.
  • Partner with Product Management and National Imaging & Resection Leadership to communicate field needs, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, customer partnership, and operational excellence.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.


Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience required.
  • Capital equipment experience required.
  • Arthroscopy and/or endoscopy experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in technology adoption, strategic account development, and competitive conversions.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic imaging, resection, and arthroscopy technologies.
  • Understanding of operating room workflows, capital budgeting processes, and healthcare purchasing dynamics.
  • Working knowledge of video integration, networking, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Willingness to work with cadaver specimens and support educational laboratories.
